— CarmenHealing That Honours Who You Are
Ebla Therapy & Consulting was founded by Hodan Osman, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (MSW, RSW) with over 15 years of community-based experience in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Ebla is rooted in a simple truth: healing should never come with shame attached. Too many Black and Muslim women have sat in therapy rooms where they had to explain their culture, defend their faith, or minimize their lived experience before the real work could even begin.
Our services are grounded in compassion and collaboration, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for racialized, immigrant, and Muslim women to explore their emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
