The first session is a 15 minute free consultation call. It’s a welcoming, no-pressure conversation where you can share what brings you here, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how I work. This session is all about seeing if therapy with me feels like a good fit for you.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want support navigating life’s challenges, therapy may be helpful. The free consultation is a chance to explore whether this is the right time and approach for you.

Regular sessions are 50 minutes long. The number of sessions depends on your unique goals and needs. Some people find relief in a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll decide together what feels right for you.

Fees will be shared during your free consultation. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots to help make therapy more accessible.

Yes — I currently offer online-only sessions. All sessions are conducted virtually through a secure, confidential platform to provide flexible care that fits your schedule and comfort.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is private and confidential, with the exception of rare situations required by law to protect your safety or the safety of others. I’ll review this with you in your first session so you feel comfortable and informed.

Yes. If you’d like, I can integrate faith and spirituality into our sessions. If that’s not something you want, we’ll focus on a more secular approach. The direction is always guided by your preferences.

That’s completely okay. Many people I work with are new to therapy. I’ll explain the process clearly, answer your questions, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
